Business relations exclusively with commercial customers Attivita enters into contracts exclusively with entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), with legal entities under public law and with public-law special funds. We do not enter into contracts with consumers. The provisions on consumer dispute resolution therefore do not apply to our business relationships, and we do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7 (1) DDG and general legislation.
