Delivery of Digital Licences
All products are delivered exclusively in electronic form. No physical dispatch of data media or packaging takes place.
Electronic provision
Licence keys are made available immediately after the contract is concluded: in your customer account, by email to the address on file and, for orders placed via our application programming interface, directly in the response to the order.
No shipping costs
As delivery is purely digital, no shipping or packaging costs arise. There is no minimum order value for free delivery.
Delivery time
Provision is automated and usually takes place within seconds of the contract being concluded. It is independent of receipt of payment, as billing is by invoice.
Retrieving your keys again
Your licence keys remain available in your customer account and can be retrieved again at any time via our interface. Please also back up the keys in your own systems.
Distribution territories
Individual products are intended only for specific regions or distribution territories. The information on the validity region shown on the respective product page and in our interface is binding and must be observed by the purchaser.
