Cancellation and Credit Notes
Attivita supplies digital software licences to business customers only. Returning licence keys is technically impossible; corrections are handled by way of cancellations and credit notes.
No right of return or withdrawal
We conclude contracts exclusively with entrepreneurs, legal entities under public law and public-law special funds. The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts is available to consumers only and therefore does not apply. We do not grant a contractual right of return.
Cancellation before invoicing
As long as no invoice has been issued for an order, we can remove unused licence keys from that order. The order value is reduced accordingly and the keys are returned to our licence inventory. Keys you have already used remain part of the order.
Credit note after invoicing
Once an invoice has been issued for an order, corrections are made exclusively by way of a credit note. The original invoice remains unchanged for reasons of tax traceability. Both full and partial credit notes are possible.
Licence keys that cannot be activated
If a licence key cannot be activated or has already been used elsewhere, you will receive a replacement key. Please send us the affected key and the manufacturer's error message. Keys that have already been activated or passed on will not be accepted back.
Duty to inspect and contact
Please inspect delivered keys without delay upon receipt and report defects immediately, at the latest within seven working days of delivery; Section 377 of the German Commercial Code applies. For cancellations, credit notes and notices of defects, contact us at info@attivita.de.
